Evaluation of the SDGs: Transforming Life Through Global Regional Partnerships, with an Emphasis on Latin America and the Caribbean

The International Conference Evaluation of the SDGs: Transforming Life Through Global Regional Partnerships, with an Emphasis on Latin America and the Caribbean is a joint effort of the Latin American and Caribbean regional evaluation networks ReLAC, REDLACME, and IDEAS, the global association of evaluators. The Conference will feature a variety of activities, such as keynote speeches, panels, workshops, individual presentations, poster exhibitions and specially designed activities.

Panel of Experts to Assess Evaluation Function at IDB Group – Independent Review Panel - 3 contractual opportunities

The Board of Executive Directors of the Inter‚ÄêAmerican Development Bank (IDB) has approved a proposal to commission an External Review of the Office of Evaluation and Oversight (OVE).  OVE is an independent unit of the IDB, reporting directly to the IDB Board of Executive Directors. The Board has delegated authority to oversee the Independent Review to its Policy and Evaluation Committee (PEC), which has the responsibility for the IDB Group's evaluation function. 
 

Samoa: Public Sector Financial Management Program

In August 2013, the government sought financial assistance from ADB for the implementation of its Public Sector Financial Management Program. ADB approved $14 million grant for the program in September 2013. The program was part of a joint undertaking with other development partners to provide policy-based budget support for reforms under the government's medium-term fiscal framework.
