New reports from the European Investment Bank
The European Investment Bank have recently published two new evaluation reports.
The first, EIB Technical Assistance Outside the EU, 2003-2013, covers TA outside the EU from 2003 to 2013 and assesses the Bank's performance in this area, and provides conclusions and recommendations for improvement at strategic and operational level.
The second, is an evaluation focusing on the Role of the EIB in the Implementation of the Loan Guarantee Instrument for TEN-T Projects.
