Project evaluation findings and ratings 1H 2015

EvD prepares project-level evaluations ex post to establish the overall performance of the Bank. EvD project evaluations present findings and ratings drawn from a range of mainly desk-based analysis and sources, including project-specific self-assessments conducted by operations teams. This paper presents a review of 32 new project evaluations completed and circulated by EvD between January and June 2015. It includes a summary of each; presents disaggregated data on the independent (EvD) and self-assessed (operation team) ratings and the reasons for differences; and; provides excerpts from project evaluations commenting on the quality of the underlying self-assessment.
