Viet Nam: Integrated Rural Development Sector Project in the Central Provinces
The project aimed to enhance livelihood opportunities and standards of living for the rural population residing in the central region of Viet Nam. The project’s target outcome was “improved quality, greater coverage, and better integration of rural infrastructure in the Central Region with an increased awareness for the need for operation and maintenance (O&M).”
This report validates the completion report's assessment of the project. IED overall assessment: Less than successful.
