People’s Republic of China: Qingdao Rural Waste-to-Energy Project
The technical assistance (TA) was designed to enhance and strengthen the capacity of the executing agency and the implementing agency to prepare for the ensuing project, which aimed to demonstrate a comprehensive utilization of agricultural and livestock waste into energy for heating and cooking in 60 new rural communities in Qingdao.
This report validates the completion report's assessment of the TA.
IED overall assessment is successful.
