ONGOING EVALUATION. In August 2017, the ADB Board of Directors approved the Green Transport Finance Project amounting to $400 million to finance the leasing or purchasing of green buses, including electric bus batteries through Minsheng Financial Leasing Co. Ltd. for Green Transport Finance in the People’s Republic of China.
