Country Assistance Program Evaluation for Sri Lanka
ONGOING EVALUATION. This paper sets out an approach for an independent evaluation of ADB support for Sri Lanka. The main purpose of the evaluation is to inform the preparation and design of the new country partnership strategy (CPS) that will guide ADB Sri Lanka operations from 2017 to 2021. The evaluation will review performance against ADB strategic development objectives, analyze project performance and pipelines, draw forward looking lessons, and make recommendations to help improve ADB operational performance.
