2016 Annual Evaluation Review
ONGOING EVALUATION. The Annual Evaluation Review (AER) is one of the flagship reports of the Asian Development Bank's (ADB's) Independent Evaluation Department (IED). It is IED's annual brief to ADB's Board, Management, and stakeholders about the state of ADB's operational effectiveness. The AER is based primarily on the findings of recent IED reports and knowledge products. It builds on and synthesizes evidence from evaluation findings and is complemented by analyses and information from other sources.
